At Northridge Tire Pros, we strive to provide you with the best auto and tire services in the greater Northridge area. Whether it’s an oil change, tire purchase, or brake repair, you can depend on us to do the job right the first time.
With the current health crisis, we want to reassure you that we are taking active measures to minimize the potential spread of COVID-19. We are continuing to monitor the situation via local, state, and federal health administrations.
We are taking the following preventative measures in our shops:
While our locations are still currently open and conducting normal business at this time, we will pick up and return your car within a 5 mile radius (pickup is based on availability call first to make appointment), as an option to limit interactions and contact during these challenging times. We can modify our methods of payment so you do not have to come inside the store. We have created this service request form to set up appointments at our locations and to help minimize the spread of COVID-19. Click on "Schedule Appointment" to learn more.
In addition we are also doing the following:
- Enhanced cleaning of our work areas with disinfectants
- Disposable gloves used as needed
- Limiting our contact with the customer
- Handwashing between each customer interaction
- Steering wheel covers or gloves used as needed when driving a customer’s vehicle
- Minimizing contact with the interior of your vehicle
Your safety and the safety of our team remains our top priority. Employees who display any symptoms are being asked to stay at home.
